All FC&MCC Members,



Where do we start this New Year with our new President. Wes is off to a great start thinking up new ideas and getting our show advertised on various Web sites. During our last meeting we voted on having our annual show on August 14 and have received confirmation from the church (where we held the Show last year). We have also decided to have a parts sale at our cruise once a month. You do have to be a member to bring in parts. We will be looking for sponsors and are planning to have some great cruise-ins at the VABBQ this year. The cruise will start the last Friday of March (March 26) from 6 to 9 pm weekly until the last week in October.

We hope that more members will try to come to the meetings as we need help to support all our planned activities and to share ideas. If you are a member that has dropped out for some reason, we miss you and want you back. Wes needs members to help with the show and cruise.

There are a couple of friends that need our prayers Jim & Maria, and Diane who is a member of the Orange county cruisers. They are sick and we want them to know that our members are praying for them. Some good news…Mat (my grandson) drove the BAJA the other day and stirred up a lot of looks. People were texting Mat that they saw a blue Baja out and a kid (Mat) was driving. He was scared but did a great job of driving a stick shift.

If anyone has any suggestions on a small cruise on a nice weekend day let us know and we will try to get some cars to come out. My Bad Betty (the Plymouth) is going in the shop tomorrow and getting polished up so watch out this year.

I want to thank all the members for a great show last year and for all the help that was given me during the year. It was one of our best shows and each year it gets better and better…so watch out for a bang up show this year. We work hard to show our cars, and helping needy families is just the icing on the cake.
